The scope of work for each engagement will be defined separately through a proposal, quotation, Statement of Work (SOW), or service agreement.

4. Strategy Recommendations

Recommendations, forecasts and strategies are based on information available at the time of engagement. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors. Visible X does not guarantee specific revenue, leads, sales or business outcomes.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information.
• Supply assets and approvals on time.
• Maintain ownership of advertising accounts.
• Comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Review deliverables and provide timely feedback.

Delays may affect campaign timelines and performance.

6. Advertising Platforms

Campaigns may be managed through Meta Platforms, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn and other approved advertising platforms. Visible X is not responsible for policy changes, account restrictions, pricing changes or platform outages beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

Visible X retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks and documentation. Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, logos and business assets. Final deliverables become the client's property after project completion and payment unless otherwise agreed.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law or approved in writing.

9. Payments

Payment terms will be specified in the proposal or agreement. Delayed payments may result in suspension of work. Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

10. Third-Party Costs

Advertising budgets, CRM licenses, software subscriptions, creative production costs and other third-party expenses are separate from Visible X's professional fees unless otherwise agreed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Visible X shall not be liable for business losses, loss of revenue, profits, indirect damages, platform downtime or technical failures beyond our control. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim, where permitted by law.

12. Website Content

All website content including text, graphics, branding, frameworks and designs is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
