About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Expert at VisibleX, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. You'll work across multiple markets, own the full campaign lifecycle from brief to report, and bring both analytical and creative instinct to everything you do.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing (agency experience is mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign types, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4 (or similar analytics tools) to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify trends, write effective creative briefs, and understand what makes high-performing, scroll-stopping ads.
  • Excellent reporting skills with the ability to build dashboards and present actionable performance insights to clients.
  • Good understanding of conversion tracking, UTM structures, attribution models, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and event implementation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership, accountability, and autonomy.
  • Ability to effectively leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc., to improve campaign strategy, ad creatives, audience research, reporting, and overall campaign performance.
